🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a track record of achieving cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Proven expertise in procurement software such as SAP Ariba or Oracle SCM.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data analytics to drive decision-making.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements in the mining and resource sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
