As a K3 Specialist in Bali, you will be responsible for conducting health and safety training sessions, developing and implementing safety programs, and ensuring compliance with local and international health and safety regulations. You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and you will have the opportunity to work in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct health and safety training sessions for employees and contractors.
- Develop and implement safety programs and procedures.
- Inspect workplaces to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local and international health and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and advice on health and safety matters to employees and management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety, with a focus on workplace safety.
- Certification in Health and Safety, such as SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) or ISO 45001.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using health and safety software, such as SAP, or similar.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
