🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement and PDCA methodologies.
• Proficient in using Minitab and Six Sigma tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
