📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients' IT infrastructure.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records of equipment and services.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
• Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of their IT equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Familiarity with IT equipment, software, and tools such as Cisco, VMware, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
