• Proven experience as an Operations General Manager or similar role in construction and trading

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar
• Knowledge of construction and trading industry standards and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
