Maintenance Molding Supervisor - Leading Furniture Manufacturer
PT Cahaya Murni Central Java, a pioneer in the furniture manufacturing industry since 1994, is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Molding Supervisor to join our team in Semarang, Central Java. As a leader in this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our molding maintenance team, ensuring the smooth production of high-quality furniture. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating with the production department to address any molding issues, and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. You will work with a variety of molding machines, including injection molding and compression molding machines, and ensure that all equipment is well-maintained and calibrated. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of the molding maintenance team, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and calibrated.
- Coordinate with the production department to address any molding issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Inspect and maintain molding machines, including injection molding and compression molding machines.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure high standards of work are maintained.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production goals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in molding maintenance, with a focus on injection and compression molding.
- Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and standards in the manufacturing industry.
