📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement national development programs in Bangka Belitung.
• Oversee the execution of programs and ensure they align with national development goals.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance using data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address program challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities.
• Ensure compliance with national regulations and policies.
• Lead a team of program officers and provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Represent Bappenas at national and international forums to advocate for national development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably in national development programs.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing high-impact programs.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in program management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
