📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of IT asset management processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Utilize ServiceNow and Jira Service Management to track and manage IT assets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to streamline software deployment and system updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT assets are aligned with business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT assets to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT asset management best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve IT asset management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT asset management and configuration, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA ITAM, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management tools and software, including ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
