📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to the management team on corporate and compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including environmental and labor laws.
• Manage legal risks and liabilities across our diverse business portfolio.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Advise on complex legal issues and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments and business transactions.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to ensure proactive legal strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate law or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
