📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct religious ceremonies and rituals, ensuring they are performed according to Hindu traditions and customs.
• Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to individuals and families, addressing their religious and moral concerns.
• Organize and lead community events, festivals, and educational programs related to Hinduism.
• Collaborate with local temples and religious leaders to promote cultural harmony and understanding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community members, building trust and rapport.
• Document religious practices, rituals, and cultural events for educational and archival purposes.
• Participate in interfaith dialogues and initiatives to foster mutual respect and understanding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, Philosophy, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Hindu philosophy, rituals, and practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in religious counseling or community outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Knowledge of local customs and traditions is a plus.
• Valid certification as a Hindu Religious Counselor or similar qualification is preferred.
