📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile bank transactions, invoices, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to clients.
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting practices and technologies to enhance our financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
