📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the fresh produce section, ensuring high standards of quality and freshness.
• Manage and train a team of sales associates, focusing on customer service and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain optimal product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the implementation of store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet store goals.
• Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and displayed produce to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of the store's overall operations and customer service initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar retail or wholesale role, preferably in the fresh produce industry.
• Strong knowledge of fresh produce, including variety, storage, and handling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team and customers.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the role may require travel to various locations within the store and the surrounding area.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage practices.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg (44 lbs) as needed.
