📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to participants.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the implementation of learning management systems and other training technologies.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees throughout their training and development journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems and training technologies.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training tools.
