📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and skills.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Resolve customer complaints and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and report on team performance and productivity metrics.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
