Crown Crystal Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Gorontalo. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Stock and organize merchandise to maintain a clean and attractive storefront.,Promote products and services to increase sales.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or cashier role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.,Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.,Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
