📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring optimal efficiency.,Implement and manage security measures to protect company data.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet business needs.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
