📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team, including setting goals, providing training, and conducting performance reviews.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
