Tanggung Jawab:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.Develop and present business proposals to secure new contracts and partnerships.Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
