📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the purchasing activities of the company, including the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and policies.,Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible terms and prices for goods and services.,Monitor and analyze purchasing trends and data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Manage and supervise the work of junior purchasing staff, if applicable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, including RFQs, contracts, and negotiations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using purchasing software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to travel, if required.
