📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and track delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns or issues related to deliveries.
• Ensure the quality and condition of delivered goods, reporting any damages or issues to the relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deliveries, including times, locations, and customer feedback.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of reliable and punctual deliveries.
• Excellent knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate efficiently.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with delivery management software and tools is a plus.
