Mandiri Energy is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Kulon Progo. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to enhance their learning experience.,Collaborate with managers and HR to align training programs with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid certification in training and development is a plus.
