Sehati Lestari Electronics is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives,Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding,Manage employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and grievance resolution,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support,Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement,Work closely with senior management to address HR-related issues and opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
