The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and excellent communication skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are following safety regulations,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs,Track fuel consumption and expenses,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with regulations,Manage vehicle documentation and insurance,Coordinate with third-party service providers for maintenance and repairs,Ensure the fleet is available and ready for use when needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Valid driver's license and good driving record,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
