📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.,Manage and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities and challenges.,Prepare and present regular reports and updates to the management team on business development activities and progress.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's reach and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of the local and regional market dynamics and trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
