📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet, including stocking products, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the manager.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and online.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
