CARiNG Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive, Legal & Corporate Secretarial to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all legal and administrative aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic advice to the management. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing pharmaceutical company in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all legal and administrative affairs of the company, including contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.,Provide legal advice and support to the management on complex legal issues.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Oversee the preparation and maintenance of corporate records and documentation.,Handle corporate secretarial duties, including minute-taking, record-keeping, and filing.,Coordinate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as needed.,Assist in the preparation of legal and administrative reports for the board of directors.,Manage and oversee the company's corporate communications and public relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and corporate secretarial roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to pharmaceuticals and business operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with corporate secretarial software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
