The Institute of Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Case Manager to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement case management plans for clients with severe mental illness.,Coordinate with healthcare providers, social services, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.,Monitor and evaluate client progress, and adjust care plans as needed.,Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and their families.,Educate and advocate for clients' rights and needs within the community.,Maintain accurate and confidential client records.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management, mental health, or community care.,Certification as a Case Manager (preferred).,Strong knowledge of mental health services and community resources in Bali.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
