CV Duta Fajar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving their targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of the sales pipeline by following up with leads and customers.,Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to support the sales team.,Support the sales team in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events as required.,Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.
