📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory and budget to optimize costs and profitability.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
