(Remote) Captain

Point Diamond Abadi is seeking a talented and experienced Captain to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our vessels, ensuring the safety of our crew and passengers, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

As a Captain, you will work closely with our operations team to plan and execute routes, manage crew schedules, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining our vessels in top condition and ensuring that all onboard systems are functioning properly.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the operations of our vessels, ensuring the safety of our crew and passengers.
• Plan and execute routes, working closely with our operations team.
• Manage crew schedules and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Maintain our vessels in top condition and ensure that all onboard systems are functioning properly.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all crew members are properly trained and certified.
• Communicate with our customers and stakeholders, providing excellent service and support.
• Monitor and analyze vessel performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and procedures as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.
• Valid Captain's license and other relevant certifications.
• Proven track record of success in managing vessels and ensuring the safety of crew and passengers.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.
• Experience with vessel maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with route planning and navigation software.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
