📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to support data-driven decision making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
