📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate job postings.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify the most suitable candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide recruitment metrics and reports to management.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
