📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales teams to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase products and drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and retail sales trends.
