📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Prepare and present daily special dishes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in menu development and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handling certificate.
