Sentral Cahya Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and friendly Barista/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, handling customer transactions, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. If you are passionate about customer service and have a flair for coffee, we would love to have you on board!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to customers.,Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant experience for all customers.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly targets.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a barista or cashier role.,Familiarity with coffee preparation and brewing methods.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to work in a hybrid setting.
