Duta Yoga Health Center is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during our events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Provide information about our events and facilities.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the banquet area.,Assist with event setup and breakdown.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.,Maintain a clean and tidy banquet area.,Assist with inventory management and ordering.,Promote our events and services to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with banquet and event services.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work hybrid (on-site and remote) schedule.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
