📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor and report on call performance metrics to ensure quality and efficiency.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and other telemarketing tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
