📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and ensuring timely filing,Processing and verifying payroll for employees, including calculating and distributing wages and benefits,Assisting with the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections,Conducting regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies,Assisting with the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders,Maintaining and updating accounting software and systems as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
